Job overview

The Sr. Executive – Audit & Compliance will support audit execution, compliance tracking, process adherence, and governance activities across business functions. The role involves maintaining audit documentation, monitoring compliance requirements, supporting internal assessments, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and quality standards. 

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Support internal audit and compliance activities across functions and processes.
  • Assist in monitoring process adherence and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for audit data collection and closure of observations.
  • Support preparation of audit schedules, review reports, and compliance dashboards.
  • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in process improvement and governance initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records.
  • Support risk assessment and compliance review activities.
  • Participate in quality and compliance-related meetings and reporting activities.
  • Basic understanding of audit, compliance, and governance processes.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.Knowledge of quality standards and process frameworks preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree (preferred)

Experience

 

  • 2 to 5  years of experience
