Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Software Engineer I with experience in eLearning development. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business and instructional requirements and translating them into engaging, modern eLearning designs using internal tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze eLearning requirements from stakeholders, instructional designers, and business teams.
• Design and develop interactive, modern, and user-friendly eLearning content using internal authoring tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers, SMEs, and developers to deliver quality learning solutions.
• Convert storyboards, scripts, and content briefs into visually engaging digital learning modules.
• Ensure all eLearning deliverables meet quality standards, design guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of eLearning modules.
• Maintain consistent UI/UX standards across all learning content.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and evolving industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in eLearning development or related domain.
• Strong understanding of eLearning principles, instructional design concepts, and digital learning trends.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (internal tools or tools like Articulate, Captivate, etc. is a plus).
• Ability to interpret requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Experience in creating responsive and mobile-friendly learning content.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual design skills.
