About the Role:
As a Senior Training Coordinator at NIIT, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional training administration support to top companies across the EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with global clients, troubleshoot training issues, and contribute to the seamless execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with training administration issues via email and phone, providing resolutions and scheduling options.
- Gather additional information about reported issues, perform detailed case analysis, and document cases in the system.
-Generate daily/weekly reports for customers using Microsoft Excel.
-Manage training activities on LMS, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
Event Coordination: Ensure onsite training event activities are performed as per the Event Readiness Process/System, including booking venues and providing emergency support for training.
