Job overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Training Developer – Learning Delivery professional who will lead the design, development, and delivery of technical learning programs across the organization. The role requires expertise in instructional design, stakeholder management, learner engagement, and end-to-end training delivery. The candidate will collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and technical teams to create impactful learning solutions that support business and employee development goals.

Roles and responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage technical training programs for employees, freshers, and clients.
Create high-quality learning content including presentations, e-learning modules, assessments, SOPs, learner guides, and technical documentation.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions effectively.
Ensure timely updates of training content based on technology, process, or business changes.
Drive learner engagement initiatives and continuous improvement in training methodologies.
Manage LMS activities including course creation, learner tracking, reporting, and compliance.
Prepare and present training reports, dashboards, and learning insights to leadership teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
