Job Title:  SENIOR STRATEGIC CONSULTANT-SOURCING

Strategic Sourcing
•    Engage with the business stakeholders and learning consultants to understand requirements and participate in training needs analysis (as necessary)
•    Facilitate defining sourcing specifications for large sourcing requirements
•    Cocreate sourcing strategies for large requirements and translate them into high-level project plans
•    Run an RFI/RFP/RFQ as the scenario warrants, developing supplier selection criteria, drafting requirement documents, supplier communications & rollout plans, supplier shortlisting, and contract negotiations (as necessary)
Supplier Governance
•    Participate and oversee quarterly strategic supplier performance reviews
•    Organize supplier best practice events and supplier innovation showcases
•    Engage with key suppliers on operational aspects and issue resolution
Business Engagement
•    Coordinate proactive, forward-looking business reviews with business stakeholders/portfolio owners
•    Facilitate process adherence for new customer stakeholders by helping them channel their initial requirements and queries through the system and process
Continuous Improvement
•    Conduct spend governance review meetings with customer stakeholders from L&D and Procurement
•    Initiate and manage continuous improvement charters such as portfolio optimisation and vendor rationalization. 
•    Convene and lead weekly, monthly, quarterly governance meetings with the L&D team
