Job Overview

The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing strategies for trainers, vendors, and talent across global markets. This role focuses on identifying high-quality resources, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment of requirements. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert, supports complex sourcing needs, and contributes to process optimization and stakeholder satisfaction. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for trainers, vendors, and talent based on client requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and trainers across global markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Drive vendor engagement, negotiations, and rate finalization.
• Ensure timely closure of sourcing requirements while meeting SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing efforts.
• Maintain sourcing pipelines, databases, and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze sourcing trends, market insights, and vendor performance data.
• Handle complex and high-priority sourcing mandates independently.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Strong experience in handling complex sourcing requirements independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• 4–6 years of experience
