Roles and responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting learning content and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Build and integrate APIs, databases, LMS platforms, and third-party systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to deliver project objectives.
- Support architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
- Ensure software quality through testing, security, and performance validation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and process optimization.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in software development and application engineering.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
