The Senior Software Engineer I is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications that support digital learning products and content delivery. The role provides technical expertise, contributes to solution design, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality learning technology solutions. 

Roles and responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting learning content and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, LMS platforms, and third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to deliver project objectives.
• Support architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
• Ensure software quality through testing, security, and performance validation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and process optimization.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in software development and application engineering.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
