Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior LMS Admin Consultant (Non-Technical) – Workday Learning to lead ongoing management of Workday Learning solutions with potential opportunity to support Learning Administration related query management and provide consultancy support to stakeholders about Workday Learning Master Data Management (Courses, Programs, Campaigns etc). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday Learning functionalities, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of Learning Management processes. This role will act as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting LMS Administrators and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Workday Learning functionalities, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and assist them with Workday Learning Management related queries.
- Creation and maintenance of non-configuration data objects (Programs, Courses, Content Uploads, and Learning Campaigns / Audience within Workday.
- Management of learning roles for Instructors and Assessors within Workday.
- Learning Assignment Management through Campaign and individual learning assignments, including waivers.
- Course Offering Management
- Enrollment management for programs and course offerings, including drops.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree mandatory
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- English communication capability
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in LMS Consulting/Administration, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
- Proven experience in Workday Learning Administration, Reporting, and related troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of learning operations, compliance training, and content upload management standards.
- Experience in stakeholder management, business requirement gathering, and delivering scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and other basic tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Workday Certification in Learning (preferred).
- Basic understanding and hands-on of SAP LSO is preferred.
