Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Expert with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)

Serve as a course implementation expert to our primarily partners to help drive our course deployments

• Manage project plans and processes to ensure smooth course launches (e-Learning & in-person).

• Collaborate with L&D Program Managers and SMEs on course deployments.

• Define and document course requirements for accurate setup and assignments.

• Maintain course playbooks, deployment updates, and SOPs.

• Track and report key course metrics to stakeholders.

• Use data to improve course visibility, enrollment, and completion rates.

• Create communication and escalation plans to support compliance goals.
