Job Overview 

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial recording and reconciliation of customer and vendor transactions, particularly related to strategic sourcing and intercompany activities. The position supports smooth financial operations by managing billing, purchase orders, and account reconciliation while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Roles and Responsibilites 

• Timely and accurate accounting of Vendor Payables 
• Timely and accurate accounting of Customer recoveries 
•  Timely and accurate creation of Purchase Orders 
•  Understanding of Inter Company Transactions 
•  Periodic reconciliation of Strategic Sourcing Customers. 
• Clearing of Open items by Customer Billing or Vendor Invoice accounting. 
•  Timely accounting of any forex losses / gain for strategic sourcing transactions. 
•  Ensure correctness of invoicing as per local requirements. 
• Compliance with local tax requirements, identification of any conflicts to avoid any potential tax losses. 
•  Ensuring response to Audit queries in respect of Strategic Sourcing function. 

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory - B.com
• Preferred - CA/CWA Inter

Experience

• Minimum - 2 years
• Maximum - 4 years
