The Senior Analyst Content is responsible for creating, reviewing, and enhancing learning content across multiple formats and domains. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), media teams, and project stakeholders to develop engaging, accurate, and learner-centric content aligned with client requirements and learning objectives.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and update learning content, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning modules, assessments, job aids, and learner guides.
- Conduct research and gather information from multiple sources to create accurate and relevant content.
- Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to ensure content aligns with learning outcomes and business goals.
- Review content for quality, accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Support content localization, adaptation, and maintenance activities.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and implement revisions within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, branding guidelines, and instructional design principles.
- Track project progress and maintain documentation related to content development activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance content quality and learner engagement.
- Content Authoring Tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate – preferred)
- Collaboration Tools (Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree (preferred)
Experience
- 10 to 14 years of experience
