Job Summary

Role Overview

The CSoD Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Cornerstone OnDemand solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, Learning Business Partners (LBPs), vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant learning solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSoD Implementation & Configuration

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of CSoD modules including LMS, Content Anytime, Performance, Recruiting, and Reporting.
• Configure learning catalogs, curricula, assignments, certifications, and equivalencies.
• Set up user roles, permissions, security constraints, and workflows.

2. Business Requirement Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from LBPs and HR stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into CSoD configurations and functional designs.
• Provide solution recommendations based on platform best practices.

3. Integrations & Data Management

• Support integrations between CSoD and upstream/downstream systems (HRIS, SSO, finance, content providers).
• Manage data loads, migrations, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot data and integration-related issues.

4. Testing, Deployment & Support

• Prepare and execute SIT and UAT test cases; support business users during testing cycles.
• Assist with production deployments and post-go-live hypercare.
• Provide ongoing L2/L3 support, issue resolution, and platform optimization.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Design and deliver standard and custom CSoD reports and dashboards.
• Support compliance reporting, learning effectiveness tracking, and operational analytics.

6. Governance, Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain configuration documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure adherence to governance, audit, and data security requirements.
• Support audit queries related to learning delivery and system controls.

7. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and content providers.
• Support project managers during enhancements and releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) LMS and related modules.
• Experience in enterprise LMS implementations and enhancements.
• Solid understanding of learning operations, certifications, and compliance tracking.
• Experience with integrations, data loads, and reporting in CSoD.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
