Job overview

The Project Manager – Transition supports the planning, execution, and delivery of transition projects within a managed services environment. This role works closely with Transition Managers and cross functional teams to ensure smooth migration of processes/services with minimal disruption and adherence to timelines, quality, and client expectations.

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers
• Coordinate transition activities across multiple workstreams
• Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and effort tracking
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and frameworks 
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, HR, finance) and client stakeholders
• Support governance calls, status meetings, and reporting Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively
• Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately
• Support issue resolution and mitigation tracking
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and dashboard 
• Support audits and governance requirements
• Assist in process migration into managed services environment
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization
• Support automation and transformation initiatives

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required

Experience

• 7 to 9 years of experience
