Job Title - Project Manager- Transitions

Job Level - Manager and above (equivalent to Band R in NIIT)

Location- Gurgaon

The role of PMO/Transition Manager is to support the Programme Management Office Team including:

• Provide transition plan management and reporting processes and tools
• Tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; ·
• Put a process in place for risks identification & mitigation and review track them on a regular basis
• Acts as a central liaison function point between four towers of LDO for multi-practice implementations
• Co-ordination of project Governance arrangements & Control
• Improving Management insight through the introduction of a consistent and factual reporting framework across all projects
• Provide administrative to selected Programme Managers e.g. arranging programme meetings/workshops, writing up of actions and notes, MOMs etc.
• Support the Programme Manager to monitor and maintain the programme plan and programme share point sites
• Co-Ordination of the Programme Steering Group meetings, Preparation of Agenda, capture and circulation of actions/minutes
• Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Lead with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance especially when transitions are not happening
