Job Summary

  1. Project Planning & Execution

 

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Allocate resources effectively (people, budget, tools)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

2. Operations Coordination

  • Align project activities with ongoing operational workflows
  • Ensure minimal disruption to daily business operations
  • Coordinate between departments (e.g., production, supply chain, support)
  • Standardize processes for efficiency and scalability

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners
  • Provide regular status updates and reports
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts

4. Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in operations and project execution
  • Implement process improvements (e.g., automation, SOPs)
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize performance

5. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks early
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Handle issues quickly to avoid delays

6. Budget & Resource Management

  • Track project costs and ensure budget adherence
  • Optimize resource utilization
  • Forecast future operational needs

7. Quality Assurance

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Implement testing, validation, and review processes
  • Maintain compliance with company or industry standards

8. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, SOPs)
  • Analyze project performance and outcomes

Educational Qualification

Must be Graduate

Experience
