Job Title : Project Manger - Learning
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Duration : FTE
The Project Manager – Training Delivery & Administration is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end learning delivery projects. The role oversees training administration, stakeholder management, project planning, facilitator coordination, virtual delivery operations, and overall project execution to ensure high-quality delivery and an exceptional learner experience.
Project Planning & Delivery
- Plan, manage, and monitor end-to-end training delivery projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules using appropriate project management tools.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent training programs while ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure successful execution of instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and blended learning programs.
Training Administration Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end training administration activities, including enrollment, scheduling, rescheduling, learner communications, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure class readiness by coordinating with facilitators, vendors, clients, and internal support teams.
- Monitor training operations and ensure all logistical and administrative requirements are completed before delivery.
- Review operational reports and implement corrective actions where required.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely project updates.
- Gather stakeholder feedback throughout the project lifecycle and ensure expectations are effectively managed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and escalations.
Experience

- Proven experience in planning and managing end-to-end training delivery and administration projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or equivalent project management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing global learning delivery programs across multiple regions and time zones.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Experience coordinating large-scale virtual and classroom training programs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
