Job overview

The Onboarding Coordinator – Multilingual supports the onboarding of clients, learners, and partners into Managed Services programs. This role ensures smooth coordination of onboarding activities, accurate system setup, and effective communication across global stakeholders while supporting multilingual requirements.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end onboarding activities for clients, learners, and partners
  • Support multilingual onboarding across global regions (EMEA, APAC, NAM)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for system setup, access, and configurations
  • Manage LMS onboarding activities (user creation, enrollments, access support)
  • Communicate onboarding schedules, guidelines, and documentation to stakeholders
  • Handle onboarding queries, tickets, and basic escalations
  • Ensure data accuracy and documentation of onboarding processes
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain reports/dashboards
  • Support process improvements for efficient onboarding execution
  • Basic understanding of onboarding/training operations
  • Multilingual capability (preferred: French, Spanish, German, Japanese, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and MS Office tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's degree required
