What We're Looking For

NIIT MTS is seeking a creative and strategic Content Lead with a passion for writing and storytelling. This role is designed for someone who has chosen content as their career path and thrives on crafting compelling narratives that inform, engage, and inspire. You’ll develop content across multiple channels, manage campaigns, and shape our brand voice for global B2B audiences..

On a daily basis, their responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

Content Development & Campaigns

  • Write original, engaging, and on-brand content across landing pages, social media, email campaigns, newsletters and video scripts.
  • Strategize, draft, and oversee end-to-end campaigns—from ideation to execution across multiple touchpoints.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, accessible, human-centered storytelling.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, and subject matter experts to create high-quality, integrated content.

Storytelling & Brand Voice

  • Adapt tone and voice to fit different audiences: customers, executives, employees, and industry leaders.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and storytelling formats.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency

Performance & Insights

  • Track and analyze content performance to refine messaging and improve engagement.
  • Stay current with content trends, SEO best practices, and platform innovations.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.

Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proven portfolio of engaging written work across formats and tones.
  • Strong understanding of digital content formats, SEO principles, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CMS and SEO tools; familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proactive, creative, and open to feedback.
