Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events including webinars, conferences, tradeshows and customer engagement events.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: timelines, vendors, registrations, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to align events with business goals and messaging.
  • Support promotional campaigns across email, landing pages, and social media.
  • Maintain internal communications calendar for events and related activities.

Event Promotion & Engagement

  • Partner with content/design teams to create promotional assets for events.
  • Drive attendee engagement through pre-event communications, speaker spotlights, and live coverage.
  • Monitor event metrics (attendance, engagement, conversions) and prepare event reports.
  • Track event performance and apply insights to improve future events.

Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Project Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in event coordination (B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or L&D preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, venues, and virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
