Job Description
Multilingual Language expert is responsible for coordinating and scheduling 
arrangements for delivery of training programs, events and workshops, including all 
logistical support. He/she is required to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and 
detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment.
1. Ensure onsite training event activities are performed as per the Event Readiness 
Process/System
2. Booking the venue for offsite activity or social events and Provide Emergency 
support / help for training.
3. Ensure the training Facilities are setup correctly and have the necessary 
equipment Management at facility.
4. Communicate with instructors and outside vendors in both written and spoken 
correspondence.
5. Coordinate and block Instructors dates & timing in lines with the training and 
workshop calendar.
6. Must be well versed with MS Office Tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
7. Assist the trainers/customers with the Training Administration issue/query via 
Phone, E-mail.
8. Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options.
9. Gather additional information about reported issue.
10. Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and 
generate ticket.
11. Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel.
12. Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems:
• Enrolment activities
• Class scheduling
• Class cancellation / rescheduling
• Evaluate Class profitability
• Class readiness – Coordinating with the vendor
• Communication to Delegates & Vendors
• Feedback Analysis
• Purchase Order Generation
• Maintain Basic Financial Reports
