Job overview

The Marketing Specialist – Growth Ops supports the execution, optimization, and analysis of growth and demand-generation initiatives that drive lead acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role is responsible for managing marketing operations, campaign execution, CRM data management, sales enablement support, performance tracking, and process improvements to ensure alignment between marketing and sales functions.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Research target companies and contacts to capture titles, reporting lines, decision-making layers, and key firmographic details 
  • Pull contact and company data from multiple sources - professional networks, news, event listings, and secondary web research 
  • Log intent and engagement signals against the right records - leadership changes, company announcements, event participation - and ensure related data fields are updated accordingly
  • Maintain ongoing data hygiene: identify and flag stale titles, outdated contacts, and duplicate records on a regular basis
  • Structure and prepare research data in Excel before uploading into the CRM - ensuring records are clean, correctly formatted, and upload-ready 
  • Track competitor activity and relevant industry events; capture findings for the marketing team
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, lead routing, and campaign tracking
  • Support the implementation of marketing workflows and automation processes
  • Maintain campaign calendars and operational documentation

 

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's degree required
