Job Summary

(LE-German)-Assist customers with Computer Based-training, Web or Multi-media Training., Add External Profiles into our LMS system and ensure that they can access the LMS system for training courses.

Provide customers with Offering information and products, Enrolling customers in open enrolment classes for external, internal,  international customers.,, Securing billing information from customers via purchase orders, contracts, and credit Card., WBS Numbers. Knowledge of customer service policies. Do Bulk Completions for internal employees to ensure that they receive credit for their training, Researches order delivery status and prepare appropriate response to customer, Answer phone calls from customers/ clients.
