Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with a strong background in developing technical learning content, storyboards, and e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GitHub and Cursor and be comfortable working with technical SMEs and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning content, storyboards, and e-learning courses.
• Work closely with SMEs to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into learner-friendly content.
• Create and maintain storyboards aligned with established learning and instructional design standards.
• Use GitHub for content/version control and collaboration.
• Use Cursor or similar AI-assisted development/writing tools to support content development and productivity.
• Review and incorporate feedback from customers, SMEs, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, media teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting project timelines.

Educational Qualification

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Content Development.
• Strong experience in creating technical training content and storyboards.

Experience

Preferred

• Experience in technical domains such as IT, Electrical, Data Center, Cloud, Networking, or Infrastructure.

Experience working on large-scale corporate learning programs
