Function: Marketing – Campaign + CRM
Hiring location: Gurgaon / Hybrid

Role Summary

CRM Expert & Lead will own and optimize our HubSpot CRM and campaign automation ecosystem, ensuring flawless execution, lead nurturing, and building ICP / ABM framework towards maturity. This role is critical to driving demand generation, funnel visibility, and sales alignment for multi-million-dollar enterprise deals across North America and EMEA.

The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot power user, configuration expert and automated campaign strategist – someone who can manage day-to-day CRM execution while architecting scalable processes for campaigns, lead scoring, reporting, and ABM programs.

Key Responsibilities

1.HubSpot / CRM Ownership

  • Serve as the HubSpot administrator and subject-matter expert.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows, pipelines, lead nurturing and scoring models, and integrations (Apollo.io, LinkedIn SN, Email validation, AI Tools, website LPs, forms, etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, enrichment, and GDPR/EMEA compliance.
  • Train and support marketing teams on CRM best practices.

2.Campaign Execution & Demand Generation

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, landing pages, nurture streams) through HubSpot.
  • Align campaigns to funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and targeted buyer personas.
  • Support verticalized campaigns, across service lines for different stakeholders / org structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and velocity.

3.Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Partner with sales to identify high-value target accounts and stakeholders, and run personalized ABM campaigns.
  • Report on engagement across contacts mapped to the account and engagement progression.

4.Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports tracking leads, pipeline contribution, asset performance, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights on funnel bottlenecks and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain executive-level reporting for Marketing & Sales leadership.

 

Educational Qualification

Guraduation in Marketing or Mass Communications 

Functional Skills & Experience

 

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or demand generation.
  • Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub (certifications preferred).
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and execution.
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of email campaign design, landing pages, A/B testing, and nurture streams.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Apollo.io etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and attribution models.
  • Understanding of enterprise B2B marketing funnels and sales alignment.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements in EMEA/US.
  • Experience with the practical application of agentic AI frameworks, tools and integrations in the HubSpot ecosystem.
