🔹 Role: Executive LMS Support / LMS Admin (L2) 🔹 Location: Gurugram 🔹 Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)

✨ Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2 support for SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub • Handle complex issues and customer escalations • Ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents & perform RCA • Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams • Generate learning usage & customer reports • Drive process improvements and platform enhancements • Ensure GDPR compliance
