 Position: Content Developer

As a Content Developer, you will work with global clients to design and develop learning content that helps professionals learn, grow, and perform better. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning content for global corporate clients.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand content domains and learning requirements.
• Conduct research, analyze source material, and identify insights that enhance learning effectiveness.
• Create storyboards for web-based learning and instructor-led training programs.
• Design and structure courses based on client-specific requirements and learning objectives.
• Conceptualize multimedia elements and collaborate with visual designers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Learn and leverage the latest content development tools and technologies.
• Ensure content quality, instructional effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
