Job Title:  DELIVERY MANAGER

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex application development projects from initiation through completion

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing scope and stakeholder expectations

- Oversee technical architecture decisions and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices

- Manage cross-functional development teams, including developers, QA engineers, and technical specialists

- Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative team environment

- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed

- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership

- Monitor project metrics and KPIs, providing regular status reports and insights to senior management

- Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices across delivery teams

- Participate in technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance for complex solutions

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines

- Mentor junior managers and contribute to organizational capability building

## Required Qualifications

- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in application development and software delivery management

- Strong programming knowledge across multiple technologies including React.js, MS SQL, .NET, ASP.NET, and Java

- Proven program management experience with demonstrable success delivering large-scale projects

- Extensive people management experience, including team building, development, and performance management

- Experience as a technical solution architect or equivalent role, capable of designing robust application solutions

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels

- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred

- Proficiency with project management tools and software

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in cloud technologies and microservices architecture

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

- Exposure to enterprise application development and integration patterns

- Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries

- Experience with multiple delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

- Advanced technical certifications relevant to the technology stack

- BTech / MCA / MBA IT
