Job Description Direct interaction with client to understand the requirements. • Document the Requirements, Flow and Specifications • Develop a solution with the team. • Work with the developer on-target Salesforce solutions, leveraging Force.com sites, Apex coding, and other technologies. • Compose and contribute to the set of artifacts needed to communicate technical information for both the current team and future maintenance work. • Research and share information towards detailed technical decisions within the team, to ensure a technically sound and feasible solution. • Ability to understand data and transform in the format that is usable. • Good understanding of Integrations. • Understanding of SSO • Create/Validate/Run the Test Cases  Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques  Delivery the application the customer requirement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction  Perform other duties when designated from time to time  Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
