Job Title:  Assistant Manager Client Services

Job Summary

Assistant Manager Client Services is the single point of contact for interacting with customer stakeholder/ manager for a defined region/ program. He/She would be responsible for coordinating and scheduling arrangements for delivery of training programs, events and workshops, including all logistical support. He/She is required to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment. 

 

Project Planning & execution:

  • Be the point of contact for customer stakeholders for all training requests and queries.
  • Provide support to customer stakeholders for all types of training events.      
  • Calibrate with customer stakeholders for any changes/updates in the training requests/events/programs
  • Understand and Execute the client requirements     
  • Communicate to the stakeholders   
  • Identify key risks and implement mitigation plans for the project      
  • Generate reports from desired tool and update employee database as per the process.
  • Market programs if required and as per client process requirements.       
  • Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables 
     

Vendor/Resource Management:

Manage appropriate vendors for the project (if required)     

Process Management:

  • Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards. 
  • Understand the process and identify process gaps to bring in continuous improvements and efficiencies for project deliverables

Educational Qualification

Education Qualifications :  
* Mandatory Any Graduate
* Optional  Post Graduation
Technical Skills   
* Mandatory 1. Working knowledge of LMS such as SAP; Saba; CSOD; etc.
2. Working knowledge of CRM Tools such as Salesforce or any other.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel ; MS PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
* Optional Should be ready to travel to different client locations if required and have a valid passport
