Job overview

The Associate Project Lead – Learning Content is responsible for managing end-to-end execution of learning content development projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of content, and maintaining alignment with client requirements and instructional design standards.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of learning content projects across formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, digital assets)
  • Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, media teams, and quality teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Review content for quality, consistency, and alignment with defined standards
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively drive resolution
  • Support client communication and provide regular project status updates
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and content quality
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of learning content development lifecycle
  • Attention to detail with strong quality orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools

 

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required

Experience

 

  • 2 to 3 years of experience
