Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-impact learning and training programs across multiple regions. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and maintaining service delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global operations, stakeholder management, and learning delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage global training program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Supervise onsite delivery facilitators (ODFs) across regions, set KPIs, and drive performance
• Collaborate with regional delivery teams, client stakeholders, and suppliers to maintain consistent program quality
• Ensure successful transition and implementation of new programs or processes
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with internal teams and clients (regional and global)
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across projects
• Ensure accurate reporting, issue tracking, and timely escalations to leadership and client teams
• Support operational planning, forecasting, and resource management for global programs
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSS) and contribute to overall program success.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree required , master’s degree in business, HR, or Project Management preferred
Experience
12–15 years of experience in program management, learning delivery, or training operations in a global environment
Proven ability to lead multi-country programs and virtual teams.
