Job Title: Learning Program Implementataion Manager
Location: India
Employment Type: Contract (12 month)
The Learning Program Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation delivery of digital learning programs across global markets. This role combines partner onboarding and enablement, project management, learning program analysis, and performance reporting to drive measurable learner and partner outcomes.
The role operates at the intersection of program delivery, learning design and partner success, ensuring high-quality implementation, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.
Educational Qualification
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years experience in program/project management, learning implementation, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience working with partners such as non-profit, academia, or training providers.
- Exposure to global or multi-market program delivery preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, or similar).
Experience
Required Competencies
- Strong project management expertise with ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Ability to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of digital learning ecosystems, instructional design, and learning technologies.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms for learning, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with domains such as AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and employability skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
