Job overview

The Analyst -I  supports consulting engagements by conducting research, analyzing business data, developing insights, and assisting in the delivery of strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations, prepare client deliverables, and contribute to successful project execution while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. 

 

Roles and responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to support consulting engagements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Assist in developing business cases, process improvement recommendations, and strategic solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Support business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, client meetings, and stakeholder discussions to gather business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational methodologies, quality standards, and documentation practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consulting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
