About the Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated B.Tech / BBA / MBA (HR) graduates who aspire to build a career in Enterprise Learning Technology and HR Tech. This role is designed as a structured entry-level position where selected candidates will undergo comprehensive internal training on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) Core and Learning Management System (LMS).

After successful completion of training and certification, candidates will actively participate in client LMS implementations, configurations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into LMS Implementation Consultants in a high-demand global domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured internal training program on CSoD Core & LMS modules

• Successfully complete internal assessments and official CSoD certifications

• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of LMS modules for clients

• Assist senior consultants in gathering client requirements and preparing documentation

• Contribute to solution design, data migration, reporting, and integration support

• Provide assistance in enhancements, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support

• Continuously stay updated with CSoD product releases and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, or related fields)

• BBA / MBA (HR) candidates with strong interest in HR Technology

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or any programming language (preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Attitude & Mindset:

• Quick learner with high adaptability

• Strong interest in LMS / HR Tech domain

• Commitment to certifications and long-term growth as an Implementation Consultant
