Job Title:  HCM Partner Sales Director

Job Summary

• Responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of key NIIT business development initiatives in terms of acquiring new customers and also expanding within large accounts.
• Responsible for full range of business development activities and account management, including but not limited to – acquiring new customers, development of named accounts and associated sales targets, lead generation (including cold calling/nurturing and lead follow ups), pipeline management, management of proposals and contractual paperwork, negotiation, and deal closure, growing existing accounts through account mining and taking the full breadth of NIIT’s services within the account.
• Develops and maintains business relationships with clients and partners to fuel NIIT’s expansion of services in the learning and development and training space.  
• Lead generation and manage all aspects of the sales cycle Generate, manage, and maintain NIIT standard pipeline opportunity targets in support of the sales objectives
• Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives
• Responsible for identification of new services and expansion opportunities
• Manage and develop executive relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Manage proposal development effort, resource planning, and quality control in support of operating business units
• Manage existing accounts (as required) to ensure client satisfaction and to proactively seek expansion opportunities     
• Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time
