Job overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Training Specialist to drive high-quality learning delivery and capability development initiatives within the Learning & Delivery Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced training programs, managing stakeholder expectations, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring effective learning outcomes aligned with business objectives.
The role requires expertise in training delivery, learning operations, content enhancement, learner engagement, and performance improvement strategies.
Roles and responsibility
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs across technical, functional, behavioral, and process domains.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions for employees and stakeholders.
- Conduct induction, refresher, upskilling, and certification programs as per business requirements.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement throughout the training lifecycle.
- Support implementation of learning strategies and capability development initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of training activities and adherence to SLAs.
- Develop, review, and enhance training materials, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and learning modules.
- Track training effectiveness, learner progress, attendance, certification status, and feedback scores.
- Prepare training dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience
In this role, you will combine training delivery, coaching, and learning consultancy. You will
support employees, managers, and retail partners in their professional and personal
development, develop modern learning solutions, and contribute to the sustainable
implementation of development initiatives within the automotive retail environment.
You will work exclusively for a renowned automotive manufacturer and become part of a
long-term qualification and development program.

• Design, facilitate, and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs
• Coach and support employees, managers, and retail partners through development and
change initiatives
• Develop and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials, and
digital learning solutions
• Advise and support stakeholders in optimizing sales, service, and leadership processes
within the retail network
• Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical coaching and follow-up
activities
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts

Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant, or HR developer
• Extensive experience in the automotive retail sector or dealership environment, as well
as knowledge of relevant sales, service, and leadership processes
• Experience in the design, implementation, and further development of training,
coaching, and development programs
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of leadership, communication, change management,
and digitalization
• Experience in developing modern learning concepts and digital learning formats (e.g.,
blended learning, e-learning)
• Knowledge of modern learning technologies and learning platforms
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
• A structured approach to work, as well as project management and stakeholder
management skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany
