Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles. 

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in information management.

• Collaborate with business owners and teams to ensure training content aligns with current product features and client needs.

• Provide post-training support and guidance to participants as needed.

• Prepare and present training reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain training materials.

• Create job aids, such as FAQs and checklists, to support such training materials.

• Deliver and record training programs independently using the video recording equipment and software provided.
