Job overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-driven Training Consultant to join the Learning & Delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning solutions, delivering impactful training programs, and supporting business stakeholders in achieving learning objectives. The role requires strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills along with expertise in learning delivery operations. 

 

Roles and responsibility

What you can expect:

  • Design, facilitate, and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs
  • Coach and support employees, managers, and retail partners through development and change initiatives
  • Develop and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials, and digital learning solutions
  • Advise and support stakeholders in optimizing sales, service, and leadership processes within the retail network
  • Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical coaching and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts 

What you stand out for:

  • Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant, or HR developer
  • Extensive experience in the automotive retail sector or dealership environment, as well as knowledge of relevant sales, service, and leadership processes
  • Experience in the design, implementation, and further development of training, coaching, and development programs
  • In-depth knowledge in the areas of leadership, communication, change management, and digitalization
  • Experience in developing modern learning concepts and digital learning formats (e.g., blended learning, e-learning)
  • Knowledge of modern learning technologies and learning platforms
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
  • A structured approach to work, as well as project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Germany 

 

Educational Qualification

 Degree in education, psychology, business administration, communication management, or a comparable qualification

Experience

 

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.
