Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and high-impact Freelance Business Impact Accelerator Trainer who can deliver engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences to large global audiences. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can simplify complex concepts, and are skilled at driving business-focused conversations rather than deep technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, interactive training sessions for large audiences (100–200+ participants) lasting up to 4 hours
• Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and value propositions for diverse audiences
• Conduct live product demonstrations (Genie) with confidence, including the ability to adapt smoothly when issues arise
• Facilitate engaging sessions using interactive techniques, ensuring strong audience participation and retention
• Adapt quickly to evolving content, materials, and program structures, filling gaps using strong product understanding
• Tailor messaging to at least one industry vertical (Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Marketing)

Deliver sessions across global time zones, including occasional onsite engagements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

Core Skills & Competencies

• Business-first mindset: Ability to communicate impact, ROI, and business value rather than technical architecture
• Exceptional facilitation skills: Proven ability to manage energy, pacing, and engagement in large groups
• Confident live demonstrator: Comfortable running unscripted, real-time demos and troubleshooting in the moment
• Industry awareness: Knowledge or experience in at least one key sector (FINS, Manufacturing, or Marketing)
• Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable working with evolving content and ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication skills: Clear, concise storytelling tailored to business stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or workshop leader
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI tools, or digital transformation programs
• Experience delivering global or virtual training programs
• Familiarity with the Databricks platform and Genie is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools / demo environments (e.g., Genie) is a strong advantage

Availability Requirements

• Flexible to support global delivery schedules
• Willingness to travel for in-person sessions as required
